OUR TEAM
Steve came to real-estate after building his own successful construction businesses. In 2011, he invested in one Single Family rental property and today his portfolio boasts hundreds of units, with aggressive plans to acquire and rehab more properties. As the portfolio grew so did the property management aspect of the business.

The partners built a solid team of financial experts, property managers, leasing specialists and maintenance professionals and began offering their proven success strategies and unique style to other investment property owners.
Today they own and manages single family, multi-family and commercial properties throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania with low vacancy rates and high tenant retention.
